Tory lives in Chicago, IL with the Varaljay family. This young male was a favourite of mine
 in the D litter and was placed with the Varaljays primarily as a companion. When the Varaljays decided to show Tory, he quickly made his mark and gained both majors and 14 of the 15 required championship points in only four weekends of showing. On December 18, 2000, 18 months old Tory completed the requirements for his AKC championship title.

In early October 2000, Tory came back to Canada for a few weeks in order to be shown to his Canadian title and on November 24, 2000, he obtained his Canadian championship title at the United Kennel Club show in Montreal after being shown only 7 times in Canada. The next day, shown as a special for the first time, he went Best of Breed with littermate Wager taking Best of Opposite Sex.
